They obviously don't **all** do drugs or starve themselves. That's just impossible. I am so hungry all the time, its no wonder I have been a size 11 for the past 5 years. I am sick of it! Most of those girls are thin and healthy, too. I feel like no matter how much I restrict my calorie intake or how much I exercise I just stay at the same weight. :-(

I have my period for 7 days and I wish I could shorten it, but I don't think I can. I don't think I

If you have a mildly broken middle-toe on your foot, is it ok to just put a splint on it and let it heal? I stubbed my toe on a door and its very bruised and feels slightly broken. I am just curious if its ok to just splint it and forget it...lol, write back!!

I'd like to lose 20-30 lbs in the next few months. I know I need to change my exercise and eatng habits and I've tried and failed in the past because I have no motivation to keep with a routine. Does anyone have any advice or tips that will help keep me motivated? One thing I'm thinking of is setting a goal above and beyond losing weight - like run a 5k on a specific date or something like that. I live in the Minneapolis area so I have a few very cold months ahead of me!

I have been on Ortho Tri Cyclin for almost a month now and started it the first day of my period. I have been cramping and spotting now for the last 3 weeks and I am going crazy! I have also had to urinate more frequently. Does anyone know why?

i'm 15, and i know my hormones are playing up and all that, but my friends still manage to stuff themsleves with sweets without getting a single spot, its not fair!! i eat pretty healthily, and drink plenty of water, so can anyone reccomend anything that really does help? and not to expensive either would be good ;)

i do this alot and it just doesn't seem weird to me, i talk with my cat, with my self, with any object, in my head i hod a conversation, and i do this all mostly when i am alone.
i am deppressed and i think i have OCD, does this have anything to do with it? i'm getting worried now, i'm 16.
once my 10 year old brother came into my room when i was talking to my self in a weird way and didn't realise he was there, when i turned around he was staring at me in a strange way and then asked me "who are you talking with?"

Even when i have a really good day and got though it with no problem, i still always think whats the point. I go though the day just thinking whats the point.. Also i hate skool coz i have to put on a happy front. coz if i am down my M8's always as'Whats wrong'. i know they just worried but i just can't some days and never get out f bed...

had my first pap smear 9 mnths ago. results came back with abnormal cells known as moderate dysplasia. my gyn suggested the next step would be a colposcopy biopsy, which i took about four mnths ago. the results came back with abnormal cells, but slightly better than before. the gyn didn't understand why so now she wants me to take another pap test! why is it taking long to diagnose me and treat the problem? also how long after sexual intercourse can hpv abnormalise your cervical cells... desperate help needed.. thanxxx
