Don't panic, it is horrible but it is harmless.
You feel as though you are having a heart attack but it is all in your mind.
I suffered with this for around 9 months and one day i realised the only people i needed to care about was myself and my family.
1 week later i had forgot it had ever happened.
Chin up. It ain't that bad, honest.

Anxiety can cause all types of bodily symptoms. At age 15 your heart should be fine if you are fit, not overweight, and get some exercise. But if you are worried you can have it checked by your family MD.
More importantly is to seek some help for you anxiety so that it doesn't become overwhelming.
Your family doc can help with that as well.

And me too...I also have the same problem. Lately I have been getting shooting pains in my chest. It is just that you are thinking to much about what you are worrying about and you don't need to worry...if it is illogical. Play a video game or watch tv or call someone or hang out witha friend...this can help.

This kind of pain CAN happen if you are under stress, but it depends on the type of pain, its duration, and other factors. Also, you are in puberty, which means a lot of physiological changes in your body. However, if the pain persists you should definitely visit your doctor!

Absolutely! especially if your having a panic attack. General symptoms of a panic attack include chest pains, trouble breathing, nausea, rapid heartbeat, a sense of "spaceiness", an overwhelming feeling of needing to escape.

Respectfully, if you've truly been diagnosed with the problem and don't just BELIEVE you have it, that condition may occur.
