I think you need to go and talk to a doctor about these feelings. We all get a little down from time to time but if this is happening every day with no let up, you have depression. There are various treatments, medication is one but quite often now doctors will refer for therapy as a first option. Therapy is great. I was severly depressed for a number of years and drugged up to the eyeballs, feeling like poo with the side effects of the meds. I then started on cognitive behavioral therapy and never looked back. 4 years later I am med free and happy with my life.
So talk to the doc...;

Hey Hex....... you okay????

Here's the point. Everyday, when you live and breathe you're making somebody, somewhere happy !!!! I learned that.

It may be you're Mum or Dad or somebody Else's Mum or Dad a brother or sister, a shopkeeper or even someone you just pass on the street. It's amazing what affect you may have on somebody!

Get out of bed in a morning, look in the mirror and say to yourself that Today is going to be a good day!! The worse that can happen is that your day isn't as good as you hoped. There's no problem with that....tomorrow will be better.

We were all put on this earth for a reason! You may be destined for great, great things or maybe just to smile at someone that completes there life in a way you'll probably never know.

Start smiling and enjoy the things around you. You're Great ! That's what you need to remember!!!

Yes. Depressed people have those feelings every day. When you start missing school and feel like your life has no meaning, then you need to seek out some help. I am assuming from your language you are in Britain somewhere. Access your doctor or mental health system. There is no shame in seeking help to correct a chemical imbalance in your brain.
You will get treated and then be able to enjoy life again.
Good luck.

Sounds pretty normal to me.

It could be just that things going on at the moment are getting you down, in which case with time, you'll return to feeling normal.
If it's something going on in your life that's unresolved, you'll need to deal with that before things'll change.

If these feelings become more serious and you struggle to live a normal life then don't be afraid of going to see your GP. It'll be in confidence and they could point you in the right direction. You may be surprised how much just talking to someone outside if your normal life can help.

Best wishes

It sounds like clinincal depression. You may need to see a doctor or phyciatrist to diagnose but it does sound like you're depressed.I used to have these feelings and sometimes i still do, but i was over worked, stressed out, not eating enough and not living healthy so changing those things helped me w/o going on meds. :) try that!

Set goals.

Decide what you want to accomplish every morning. You will feel good about getting thouse things done, and set longer term goals.

Bottom line you are depressed, and the only way out is to decide to make your life better.
