It is actually good for people who don't get enough or any vitamins or water in a day.

If you look at the ingredients there is usually a lot of extra stuff in those sorts of drinks not useful for your body and you are paying plenty for it. Just drink good purified water. It's all your body needs for fluid and no calories at all. Vitamins are more readily abosorbed in food or with food anyway so I don't think the vitamin water is going to help you get that much more of the vitamins you need.

I work in every hot and sunny environment I drink a lot of water. Since I started using vitamin water, i need to drink less and I feel much better at the end of the day. I think ,it works.

Its a great way to get the extra electrolytes just don't count on it for all of your water content. Also made by the same people is smartwater which does not have any of the sugars and still has the electrolytes, but vitamin water is definately better than sugar laden, artificially colored Gatorade.
