I don't want to pig out, and go to mcdonalds and wendys and burger king, and fast food places, pizza, snacks, all that, but I do want to gain weight, but by eating healthy foods is that possible?
I am very underweight, I am 5"4, 68 pounds, and 14 years old.
The school sychatrist is taking me out of class to eat, but for some reason I can't eat more than 3 meals a day, and even sometimes when I do eat more than that, I never gain weight.
Is there any healthy way to gain weight? No pills, no drugs, no fatning foods, but rather I want to eat healthy.
