candidias... an over population of yeast in your system, can cause "thrush" a yellow/white coating on your tongue and mouth. Reduce your sugar intake, eat yogurt with good bacteria.... Check in with your physician... this can be an early indicator of an autoimmune disorder.

First consider if you/they have eatten anything that color.

Then consider lighting and if the person saying the tounge is yellow has been stareing at purple for a long long time (this makes your eyes see a different color then is really present).

Then try to remember what you/they have eatten incase it is an allergy (probably to a metal).

After this all decide weather you/they should go to the doctor or not.

Is it just colored yellow or does it have a yellowish coating. The coating could be thrush, which is a yeast infection in your mouth. You need to see a Dr for medication.

Brightly colored changes in the color of your tongue may be caused by eating or drinking something that may have stained your tongue, such as soft drinks or candy. The bright colors can be alarming. Stains caused by soft drinks or candy will brush off or wear off.
