Use a good anti-perspirant to help cut it down but maybe you have over-active sweat glands if you've already been using that and it isn't working, maybe you need something stronger?

Meanwhile, are you physically active and that is causing the sweat - or just everyday sweat?
If it's just daily sweat, you may want to consider a full health package.
You eat right. Doctors and Nutritionists are great to talk to.
You wash daily. Don't forget soap...
You wear underarm deodorant/antiperspirant. Covers odors as well as stops sweat.
And done right, you should no longer sweat.
If you are female - it's perspire - females don't sweat.

If you seem to have an excessive amount of underarm perspiration that is not controlled by regular deodorant, you can see a dermatologist. There is a prescription you can get for a special cream to control excessive perspiration.

try new deodorants/anti-perspirants, if that doesn't work see a doctor and get prescription deodorant. Still no luck, there is always sweat gland surgery...
