like 2 lbs a day and my legs are gettin smaller.

but i was so big and

i was a size 16 now im a 12 going for a 8/9

and i am not sure but i think the if i keep losin like i am there will be just flabby skin left???

is that true will it happen?

Let me in on your secret!!! If you lose weight too fast then yes, you will have some "flabby skin" left over. Try and slow things down a bit. Seriously though.....what is your secret?? I would love to know!!! Good luck!!

If you lose the weight a little slower it's less likely to leave flabby skin because your skin will be able to keep up with your shrinking body. And it's a lot healthier....from a health standpoint, you really shouldn't lose more than a two or three pounds a WEEK. Two pounds a day is definitely extreme.

you relatively do no longer could lose that plenty weight too quickly as a results of fact it quite is not healthful. to have the means to lose it and save it off you may lose it slightly slower. maybe attempt reducing out junk nutrition and initiate exercising extra. sturdy success!

Make sure you work out and develop muscles that will get rid of any excess fat. Do a few abs excercise and squats that will tighten up the areas that need to tighten up

if you're losing that fast that can happen, something about your skin not bouncing in to place. Also, i don't know what diet your doing but that doesn't sound all that healthy. and if it's not a diet you need to go to see a doctor immeaditly.

you need to start exercising to build some muscle. read tips on some great exercise programs and more on this site
