Warm up: 5 mins skipping
Strength Upper body: Tricep Dips, Push Ups
Abs: Crunches, Hip Flexors
Lower Body: Lunges and Squats
Fexibility: stretch the part of the body you have just used after
each exercise
Cardio: Minimum of 1/2hr running/jogging/walking.
Always warm up first! Do not stretch until you have warmed up!Do your cardio after strength training, that way you will burn some of the lactic acid your body as produced, therefore reducing soreness afterward. Start with 3 sets of 12 reps for each exercise then ad reps each time you workout. All you should need to do these exercises is a skipping rope and a bench for the tricep dips. Buy a couple of fitness mags or research the net to find instructions on how to do these exercises and others. There is so much you can do with very little equipment.

Hmm, this will be kind of hard to type up without using any sort of diagrams.
For strength, any type of weightlifting exercise will help you to gain strength, but be sure to include these exercises as the basis of your workout routine: bench press (flat or incline), barbell curls, squats, and pullups. Be sure to use a good steady rhythm (1-2 seconds to lower the weight, pause for half a second, and 1-2 seconds to raise the weight). As you get use to these basic core exercises, add more as need.
Cardiovascular - jog/walk 3 miles a day, 3-4 days a week.
Flexibility - this one is too difficult to explain without using diagrams. Some weightlifting exercises such as the bench press and squats will help with your flexibility.

Sure. $60/hr. It's called a personal trainer. Or you could pick up any of the numerous books. Or you could join a gym and learn from immitation. Even befriend one or two, they usually don't mind sharing tips. Seriously, different things work for different people, and you just have to try different things until you find what works for you, both with your time, and your goals.
