I'm pretty hungry right now, For lunch since monday, all I've eaten has been 2 slices of Pizza, with some cookies, I haven't had any vegetables all week. So right now I'm considering getting a casear salad. So that I can at least know that I've eaten something healthy this week.

So what sholud I get?

Do you think that is i was to have 1 serving of Quaker Oats and a glass of water for beakfast then Power walk for 30 minutes every morning, and at lunch have 3 apples and a glass of water then at dinner have a salad every day for about a month i could be able to lose 30lbs in that one month??????

I'm coming down with the flu and it's terrible! My throat is swelling up a tad, the chills are freezing over, and my head feels like it's about to explode. I'll likely wake up tomorrow with full-fledged influenza. What steps should I take to ensure that I get rid of this beast as soon as possible? What should I NOT do? What medicine is best? I have had sex with two different partners now and it has been uninspiring with both of them. My current boyfriend is pretty experienced and his last girlfriend had multiple orgasms during sex, so evidently I am the one with the problem. To be honest, I have yet to find anything remotely enjoyable about it. If we use enough lube then it doesn't hurt, but it doesn't feel good either. I always find myself just wanting it to be over. He can't get me off "manually" either. I really really like this guy and I don't want to hurt his feelings but I also don't want to fake it.

Does sex actually feel good for women? What can I do to make it feel better? Are there any medications I could take that might increase my libido or sensitivity or SOMETHING?

my brother is dying from liver damage through years and years of drinking, i'd like to bring him home here and care for him but don't know what it would involve and whether i could cope or not. I've already had some experience as such, my mother came to live with me for the last eighteen months of her life and i looked after her but she had a more natural condition and passed away peacefully. The D octor put me on antibiotics and pills that has guaifenesin in it.
neither has helped. I went to the ER and the Dr told me to use a nebulizer . that helps me to breath but I can't cough anything up. and a few hours later I can't breath again. I go in the bathroom & force myself to cough & I get some phlem up and I can breath again. but my chest is tight or I can fell something in my chest. after a few hours my chest is tighter again & can't breath . I am afraid that I used the nebulizer too much & have become dependant on it. But still there is something in my chest. can anyone help

I have recently started experiencing a very weird sensation in my abdomen, approximately over my left ovary that feels like there is a sudden burst of warm or hot water under my skin. It is very startling and unsettling when it happens. It feels kind of like I 'peed on myself', but internally, and higher up, near my left ovary. I'm 48 years old, and haven't had any prior gynecological problems. I haven't done menopause yet, and am taking the pill. Any ideas as to why I'm suddenly having these sensations?

they grow faster than normal. I do cut them every week and if i go for three months without cutting them, every one will be asking how long have been growing them. I'm 39 and within the last year, PMS is getting insane. I get so depressed to the point of crying all day and wishing I was dead, the tiniest thing sends me into a fit of rage, I get anxiety to the point of panic attacks, plus I get clumsy and cramped.... and then in 3 days it's gone and I can't believe I behaved that way. All day and night I have this numbing and tingling thru my left arm, for over a month now. It started from a stiff neck went to my shoulder and now my whole arm to the tips of my fingers.
