Macafem is one that I have found online. I would rather walk into a store and purchase one. It has black cohosh in it along with other herbs to help the body start producing them on there on.

Over The Counter Hormone Supplements

They don't sell hormones over the counter. They have to mix them to what your body needs. You would have to get a prescription from a doctor who treats Diabetes. They would have to do blood work to see what your levels are at and what your low on. I went through all this and got on hormones but once you start it's an ongoing thing and it can be very expensive. There is no pill for hormones as you have to inject yourself like a diabetic would.

If what you're looking for is a hormone BALANCING supplement, try an herbal one. Black cohosh, for example, is used with menopausal women for that purpose.

My wife was urged to take 3 (1,000mg) caplets of Primrose Oil every day and 400-800 mg of Vitamin E. After several weeks, she has had some positive effects.
