To be honest, it sounds horrible. Even though all these food items are good for you, it is not a balanced diet. Your body needs some fat. Your heart and many other organs cannot function properly without them. Eat things with unsaturated fats and stay away from saturated and trans fats. Your body is going to be deprived of nutrients with the diet plan you have planned out. Where is your protein going to be coming from because I see VERY little here......you are not going to feel well on this either.

You'll pass out on the power walking.
Its not enough calories, and not a balanced diet. Your body will figure there's a famine and try to shut down its metabolism. It will do everything possible to preserve fat. Your body will burn up muscle first, so that your calorie use will fall (that way it can save the fat!). Eventually your body hair will become heavier so you can stay warm while again, burning less fat.
You'll lose weight, but keep the fat, and it will be even harder to lose the fat after because your body will be in 'save fat' mode.
Your breakfast sounds fine. Add masses more vegetables, spread the fruit through the day, and add some protein - chicken or ham or lean steak (sirloin is about as lean as chicken). A serving of meat should be about the size/thickness of your palm.
If you're able to, try something a little more intense then power walking. If you're not able to do more intense exercise, do some weights as well as walking. Toning your muscles will increase the number of calories your body uses just sitting around.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Guess what happens if you don't drink enough water? Yup, your body figures there's a drought and starts retaining _extra_ water. The more water you drink, the less your body will hold.
You didn't get 30 lb overweight in one month, and short of surgery, there's no way to lose it either. Stick to a _healthy_ diet, don't cheat, keep up your exercises, and there's no reason you won't be a healthy weight by springtime - and for the rest of your life.

I can relate with you on dieting. I am currently dieting and your plan sounds unsafe. I was once a crash dieter and the weight just comes back as soon as u stop. If u add some lean meat that would make it more balanced. U should at least have 1200 calories a day. Also if u exercise b4 u eat breakfast that is really helpful bcuz u are burning old calories and a whole lot bcuz your body has just did an 7-10 hour fast while u were sleep. this also helps your metabolism burn more calories through the day. If u diet healthy u will lose more weight and keep it off. I know I've lost 50 pounds in 4 months. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to lose weight and remain healthy, choose a diet that you can live on relatively permanently. Yours doesn't sound bad, depending on what's in the salad. Oats may be fattening. Try millet instead. Use Agave for a sweatener. Make sure the salad is fulfilling and completely nutritious, for example, add steamed broccoli or kale and have a baked potato with it or almonds.

I doubt it... If you do this, you will be so hungry after a few days that you will end up binging on carbs and other greasy things! Try eating a lean cuisine or something for lunch instead of just apples.

Not healthy. If you do not eat at least 1200 calories a day, your body will think it is starving and you will not burn fat. They key is to lose fat weight not just weight. You cannot lose 30 pounds of fat on 30 days.

What's the rationale for those food choices? They don't make much sense to me, especially 3 apples for lunch?
