I'm pretty hungry right now, For lunch since monday, all I've eaten has been 2 slices of Pizza, with some cookies, I haven't had any vegetables all week. So right now I'm considering getting a casear salad. So that I can at least know that I've eaten something healthy this week.

So what sholud I get?

Salad, but get the dressing on the side. That can be a source of a TON of fat and calories. The trick is to dip your fork in the dressing and shake it off a little, then spear the salad and eat. You'll get a pretty good amount of taste of dressing, without eating too much of it.

They both are actually pretty good, depending. You are probably laughing at me, but I'm being serous. Okay, so the pizza, as long as its not really greasy, gives you protein and calcium and is 300 calories a slice. It also has other vitamins from the dough and cheese. You can even add veggies. Salad, if you get the iceberg lettuce, is completely crap. No nutrients whatsoever. But you said you use the healthier stuff. But with all the dressings and extras, you could easily make your salad MORE THAN a slice of pizza. Crazy. But it is healthy.

Casear salad is not a healthy option. It has a lot of callories due its fat dressing, cheese, and bacon. In the attached link you will see that a Big Mac is often compared as a healthier choice than the casear salad!
So, it does not quite matter which you pick, just flip a coin!

Actually a veggie pizza can be healthier than a cesaer salad since regular cesaer salad dressing has an average of about 50% of the average recommended daily fat intake and 25% of the daily calorie allowance. So try to opt for reduced fat dressing.

It depends on what you put on that salad. ceasar dressing has a lot of fat and calories, but probably less than the cheese on the pizza, So I would pick the salad, but why would you not eat more than you are

Eat a salad, you will feel great! Also if you can keep the amount of cheese, dressing and croutons down, it will be more healthy!
