I tried out nasal irrigation and I guess I put too much salt into the solution and my nose stings like crazy after few seconds of rinsing so I stopped. But the next day, I had a lot of thick white phlegm in my nose and throat what should I do? And also, when you take horseradish and garlic, do you get more post nasal drainage? Is it supposed to let the mucus drain down easily?

In my opinion, my teeth feel cleaner (smoother) when I brush with a toothbrush dippped in mouthwash, instead of if I were to use toothpaste. Does it make that much of a difference, or should I go back to toothpaste?

[ Also, I do use mouthwash as mouthwash once I'm done brushing. ]

So, on the pill (in my case, Levlen), they tell you to take the pill at the same time every day. But, how specifically do you have to take it at the same time every day? I'm not sure whether I can depend on the pill for, say, the next week as my main contraception, because I've only taken my pill within 3 hours of the same time every day, and I don't know if it needs to be closer to the same time than that in order to work.

So painful I can't stand up I have to bend or sit. I can lift right leg I feel same slight pain. I lift left leg pain is not felt at all. Help! Naproxon doesn't work, 2- Aleve's doesn't work. Doesn't effect my driving just standing and walking.
