Always wear a properly fitted bra, and a soft bra at night, Don't allow your weight to yo-yo. Be in general good health, don't smoke, and hope genetics has dealt you a good hand.

Wearing a good supportive bra is the best way to help with the sagging as far as i know. Think about it, if they are "hanging loose(lol)" they'll be pulled down even further by gravity. If they're being held up high, then gravity won't be able to pull them as far down and stretch them. Right? That sounds so funny.

I have heard that you can wear a bra while you sleep to prevent sagging. Also, wear a bra at all times. Use a strong sports bra during vigorous activities.

Most importantly, always check your breasts for lumps or unusual changes on a monthly basis!
