ringing in the ears is a sign of high blood pressure with the sharp pains to a limb could mean a small stroke or heart attack.

Shooting pains in your arm could indicate heart problems... more specifically heart attack. It could be something very serious. Ringing in your ears could be something wrong with your brain.... probably together they could mean a stroke.

You are potentially ignoring very serious symptoms and should see a doctor.. sorry I couldnt be more helpful. But the longer you wait, the worse whatever it is, will get.

tinitus or ringing in the ears can be a sign of abnormally high blood pressure...pain in your shoulder is probably refered pain...meaning the real problem is somewhere else...and it could be many different things including cardiac in nature, or even an eptopic pregnancy...go to the hospital and get checked out..
