Probably not. Libido in both men and women has a very high correlation with the hormone testosterone levels. Typically this is very much higher in men.
The actual mechanism is more complicated than this however. Socially women are trained to have better control over their desire than men have. This may be the results in the past, the consequences tend to effect women to a much larger degree. But this control does seem to be lost with some drug use, including alcohol.

I had to read your question two times before I finally understood what you were asking. Too tired. Women looking or acting promiscuous may attract the wrong type of men, but that will in most cases not lead to her being raped. To answer your question about children. I think you're asking if they get raped as often as promiscuous women? Both cases, no. They get raped more often because they're easier to manipulate and are still naive. Molestations and rapes of kids are creeping back up. Seeing as I am one, i've done quite a lot of research on the topic because I felt that I did something wrong. That's the problem. We're supposed to feel guilty about getting raped/abused/whatever. Recently, I was at a friend's house for a small party. We, meaning my friend and i, passed out together on the couch. I was wearing sweats and a t-shirt (sooo scandalous) and a guy tried to take advantage of the situation. So, no it does not only happen to promiscuous women. Did you ever consider they're promiscuous because they were abused in the past. Scarier yet, statistics show that past victims have a higher chance of getting raped again. I've said this before, but not to you. Rape is an issue of control/power. It is not directed toward any type of women. I'm not sure what you read on rape (sexual abuse, rape, and harassment are different), but obviously it had a hint of misogyny. Prostitutes, goody two shoes, conservatives, sluts, etc. all can and have been raped. Rape shows no discrimination. Peace :)

I think so but men just make it so visible that they're staring at your butt so they get credited for being the horniest. Women just hide it and wait til later to tell their girlfriends over the phone or something.

It is in my family, thanks to my grandpa,he had14 kids all together, so I guess it is the blood, I don't go out talking about it, or looking for it, have it at home, but yes, I think they can, at least I know the women in my family can, but I would alot rather be really into it, than not into it at all.
