OUCH!! Hopefully we only do that twice a year- I cooked way too much- and ate too much- tums may help - or even manzanitas tea-and don't lay down until your food is better digested-D

A cold glass of sparkling cider, sprite, ginger-ale, or coke, hell even a glass of bubbly would more than likely do the trick. The carbonation in these types of drinks work wonders for the after dinner swelling and regret. Mind you, you'll probably burb and may even pass a considerable amount of wind shortly after, but you'll feel MUCH better!

Don't just sit and definitely dont lay down or you may vomit- take an antacid and just walk slowly around your house/apartment- if you dont feel better in an hour- go to the er, you could have food poisoning

the best thing for overeating is a walk in the fresh air. or just wait a few hours and the feeling will go away

that happens.. thanksgiving is the holiday you pig out. eat some mints and it will help with digestion.
