I have never ever seens the weight fall off so fast as I did when I was JOGGING!!!! seriously... just put on some good running shoes and go run. no gym fee's. no worries.. you will love it once you start. believe in yourself

I run a mile everyday, do 50 situps, 50 pushups, 50 kneels. And I write down how many calories I eat and how much water I drink everyday. I have lost 10 pounds in the last month and a half.

Along with cutting out junk food walking is a good way to start out if you have not been doing a regular exercise routine. Slowly work your way up to some kind of cardio exercice. If you are just starting out you should speak to your doctor,

Cardio - Running, aerobics, biking...If you are concentrating in the stomach area lots of sit ups help too.

Sit-ups! But watch out, you may lose weight of your stomach but it's all the weight you lose off your chest that can be a real problem.
