So painful I can't stand up I have to bend or sit. I can lift right leg I feel same slight pain. I lift left leg pain is not felt at all. Help! Naproxon doesn't work, 2- Aleve's doesn't work. Doesn't effect my driving just standing and walking.

check and see if your doctors office is open in the morning and get right in. I am not a doctor and could only take wild guesses as to what it could be. Back injury or kidney infection or something else all together. Could be minor or could be life threatening

Sounds like you might have a kidney stone. See a Doc fast. Often, when found early they can break them up with sound waves and they pass without major pain.
If you wait,,,,,,,,pain can be Very Bad.

It sounds like your sciatic nerve is bothering you-- it causes back pain like you described and runs down your right leg- you should see your doctor- he can give you a steroid injection and the pain just goes away.

in the back? could be a kidney infection drink cranberry juice and go to the doctor. could even be a cold in the back.... make sure u cover up when ur out and sleeping.. feel better

See your doc, ask to see an orthopedist and ask him for mri...sounds similar to what i have been off work for 2 months now...sacroilliac joint dysfunction

could be a number of things..appendics, kidney infection, muscle pull..etc,...my advice is see a doctor...he can diagnosis you better...
