Okay so I'm not worried about the shot or the drill that much. Well okay I'm nervous about the shot so they offered nitrous oxide.
What exactly does that do to you??

I'm not very optimistic about what help I could get from the GP - I don't really like taking drugs because it's hard to tell which have animals in them, and I hate having to take the drugs back to the GP to say - "this has gelatine in it" etc. Because I've been to the psychiatrist before and also to the primary mental health worker but couldn't really open up, I'm not sure how much help they would be this time. I hate myself so much. I just want a painless way to die. I don't think I could change the way I am, and my opinion of myself without some sort of drastic treatment away from home. Last time, I was only seeing the shrink once a month, which was too sparse for any sort of connection to form. What could I say to my GP? Also, if you get shrink appointments on the NHS, would a stay in a loony bin also be on the NHS? Thanks x

My mother has lung cancer that has metastis to her brain. She has had on tumor removed, but now there is another one and the MRI called it a BLAND HEMATOMA..when I serch Hematoma...all I can find is this is a hemmorage, caused by trauma..So I am confused..Doctor called this a tumor and refered us to someone who does radiosurgery(Gamma Knife) he also said that she was incurable...well if this is a hematoma then this was caused by Whole brain radiation or the brain surgery , and its not a tumor..Does this make sense to anyone? Any experience will be alot of help..thanks

I dont know what it is but I cannot seem to sleep very well. I was taking anything with dyphahydramine in it which helped slightly. Then I went to the dr who gave me ambien cr and that helps a little more. But I seem to wake up exactly in 4 hours every night. Doesnt matter what time I go to bed, my body clock goes off in 4 hours. I work construction so I should be tired by the end of the day. I get up at 5:30 every morning and try to go to bed around 10:30. But at 2:30-3 I wake up. It is every 4 hours always nothing ever different. With the medicine I am easier to go back to sleep versus not taking it. But it makes me crazy to wake up in the middle of the night atleast 5 out of 7 nights. I have never heard anyone doing this but me. Anyone else have this problem? Even taking sleeping pills and the type of work I do you would think I would be out for the night. Just me and my husband home so no "noises" or kids in the night making it worse. Anyone have this too? What do you do?

... What's awkward is when I get dressed up in slacks or jeans and everyone can see this massive bulge in my pants. I'm really conscious about it. When I meet people their eyes go straight to my groin. It's like nobody cares about the real internal me, or about my intelligence. Am I over-reacting? Should I just try to forget about it? I often wonder what people are really thinking... "He must be a hussler." And stuff like that. What should I do?

I have been told there is a vitamin which you can take, but cannot remember which one. I have lived in Spain for the past 3 years and they are still at it (biting I mean). Any answers would be much appreciated.
