I've been writing on nutrition and health for 30 years. PMT (which can affect you at any time of the month) is often caused by magnesium deficiency (80% of women are deficient in magnesium). See: http://www.foodforthought.org.uk/specific_probs.htm#Women - follow the links there for more information

This happened to me and it come out of the blue so I went to my doctor and they suspected cyst or fibroids so i was sent a hospital appointment and when I went had an examination. I did not have any cysts or fibroids and was told it was due to my menapause.
Go to your doctor and explain your symtoms they should examine you and then they will take it form there. I know it is worrying as it happened to me and i had only two days in the month of being pain free so i went to doctor.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/Bt60j

Do u suffer after period pains in previous periods ?
If u don't have before, it maybe due to other causes. (go see doctor)
If there have been pains before, it's called menstrual pain.
Menstrual pain can be pre-menstrual and/or during menstrual and/or post-menstrual.
If u have severe pains in every cycle, u should see gynaecologist to check if there is any curable cause.

It could be something really simple like bloating, or it could be something more serious like endemetriosis or polycystic ovaries. Only a doctor will be able to make a proper diagnosis, so if it continues to bother you, get yourself down to a clinic.
