... What's awkward is when I get dressed up in slacks or jeans and everyone can see this massive bulge in my pants. I'm really conscious about it. When I meet people their eyes go straight to my groin. It's like nobody cares about the real internal me, or about my intelligence. Am I over-reacting? Should I just try to forget about it? I often wonder what people are really thinking... "He must be a hussler." And stuff like that. What should I do?

They're not swollen, infected or injured. They've been this way since a teenager; about 22 years... I'm now 38.

I guess its like big breasted women, people like to stare at them. I doubt people are thinking ''hes a hustler'' They may be thinking '' He stuffed a pair of socks down there to make it look big''
However if you're that conscious about it, is there not jock strap or something to make the bulge appear less? Don't wear tight clothing or wear longer shirts that don't need to be tucked in.

I think there might be a small problem if your testicles are the size of tennis balls. I heard this story when this one guy was playing soccer and was kicked in the twig and berries and one of them swelled up to the size of a grapefruit and it made both his testicals steril somehow. So I would recomend that you put some ice on it.

First, be sure that nothing is wrong healthwise. Next, experiment with different styles of underwear that may help to conceal better. Looser pants will also prevent the bulge from being as apparent. In the end, it doesn't matter what others think... that is THEIR problem. You are a good person and will form good relationships because of what is inside you. Good luck.

Wear really baggy clothes if you are concerned about you gigantic balls. You shouldn't care what other people thing, but it is really hard not to. The reason people are probably staring at your balls is because your self conscious about them and you are probably unaware of yourself drawing attention to them. I thought having a big bulge was a good thing?

Go to a doctor. You could have tseticle cancer or a hernia. It doesn't sound normal, unless "big balls" run in the family.

You could have a medical problem. I have a Friend who had a hurrina in his testicles. You might want to have it checked out.
