I can't give you an exact diet but i have a few tips. Drink LOTS of water, eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day instead of 3 big meals, eat healthy meals, don't eat foods with high fructose corn syrup or partially hydrogenated oils, try to get to the gym and do cardio at least 4 times a week for 45 minutes each time, eat balanced meals (you need protein and carbs esp after working out), go to www.bodybuilding.com. They have awesome advice for anyone whether they are looking to lose weight or gain mass.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

You don't need a diet, you need to understand that what goes into your mouth needs to be portioned out into activities that burn the food fuel. Start with activities that aren't stationery, walk more, find a gym rather than a playstation or a computer. Down the track you will worry a lot less about food and hopefully more about "it" as in food/diet not being something you fight with in terms of body image.
