and how do you know if you have a small bladder?

I've been having some debates lately with people at the gy. A handful of us say it's better to work out all of your muscles in one day, rest a day, and then continue the following day. Others say it's better to do slightly shorter workouts but focus on just 1 or 2 muscle groups, and then work different muscle groups every day.

Anybody have any information on what is actually better for building muscle?

it is REALLLY dry in my room and i cant find my humidifyer

are there any ways to make it less dry in here














bc lemme tell ya.. its so dry my skin gets dry from jsut being in here

My arms are really huge. In fact, they're not proportionate to my body frame, and i am only 5'1! I have skinny legs, too. I'd try arm exercises, but i know they'll just bulk up. I miss being able to wear tank tops...

I am 14 days late for my period not usually late.Went and took a urine test came back negative.I have ovarian cyst is it true this can effect the test.I am going to retake a test if nothing by next week or go for a blood test but just wondering if the cyst can have an effect on a urine test.Thanks

I've been struggling for years to improve my memory (to remember things I saw, ate, and especially, to remember chess moves (like playing 3 games at the same time and remember all moves in all three games after they are over). I've taken Max Factor expensive medicine - also L-Carnitine I bought at Wal Mart.... what can I do to improve my memory? Someone told me that food cooked in aluminum pans can affect memory - I've eaten food cooked in aluminum pan all my life. What can I do now to have a better memory?

Hi, Roughly, at least how many clothing sizes do you think a woman would drop if she lost 70 lbs? I know it's individual, but what would you guess is the least number of sizes for that amount of weight lost? And don't just say 1, because you'd have to with that much weight. Thanks. I'm a 21yr old male, 6' tall, around 155-160 pounds and my waist is 31-32. I know I'm not fat at all but I just feel that i have this thin layer of fat around my abs that is keeping my muscle from showing through. I mean, i do ab work out pretty regularly and I can feel the definition with my hands but when i have my shirt off it doesn't show at all, it looks more like I have a little "pudge" (when i sit down it kinda folds too but i guess that is normal?). The muscles on my upper abs actually show through a little bit when I flex but the lower abs are what I really want to change.

Almost 2 months ago I completely stopped drinking sodas and drink only water. I also make healthy food choices as much as possible. I still do drink on the weekends but I cut back already.

What is the best way to get rid of that little fat? Is there a more targeted exercise or technique that can focus on that area and get me the results I want?

I just moved into a condo and don't have any exercise equipment available to me, but I want to start exercising and getting in shape. I have noticed that I accumulate most of my weight around my hips, so is there anything I can do to specifically target that area? I want to get toned all around, I just feel that this is my biggest trouble area. There are numerous flights of stairs that I know I can make into part of a routine somehow. I'm just looking for a specific routine I can start that will let me see results without having to go out and spend a lot of money. Thanks a lot for any suggestions you can give me.

I go to the gym several days a week and have been doing so for years. I have worked with certified weight instructors, so I know how lifts are supposed to be perfomed. I always see people lifting incorrectly at the gym. Should I correct them? How would you react? If you are a guy, how would you react if a girl corrected you? Thanks!
