pee small amounts, more often.. that sounds like a small bladder. it also sounds like it'd be annoying.

I don't think so. Having a small bladder just means you need to urinate more often than most people, and that when you do urinate, your body can't hold as much at a time as most people. It might mean, for example, that you could be a little self-conscious at parties about having to run to the bathroom more often than everyone else... or that you could frequently go into the men's room, start peeing, finish, zip up and have your hands washed by the time the guys on either side of you get done. Beyond that, if you're *really* curious, the textbooks say the average adult bladder capacity is somewhere between 500 and 800 mL, so I guess you could try to hold it in for as long as you possibly can, and then pee into a measuring cup and see how much you could hold?
As for the size of the bladder and the size of the penis, I guess they theoretically could be related but I really couldn't imagine why. I don't think anyone has exactly done a study of this or anything... and somehow I doubt it's high on the priority list for modern medical research. I imagine that even if you did find a *general* correlation one way or the other, there would be so many individual exceptions that you definitely couldn't predict one for any given individual based on the other.

Penis size has nothing to do with the size of the bladder.

No, the bladder and the penis are two different things. just because your bladder is small doesn't mean your package is small.
