try exercising and try to eat less. i have also heard that eating five or six small meals a day is better than three large meals. as for those people that make fun of you, just try to ignore them. there are always going to be people in the world that cant understand what its like to be heavy. as you grow older you may find that there are a lot of people out there that aren't very understanding about a lot of things.

when it comes to exercise try something like walking around a couple of blocks in the evening and take your dog, if you have one, and also get someone to walk with you. or you can join a gym, at a gym there are lots of things you can do such as weights, swimming, tennis, and classes such as yoga, aerobics and pilates and heaps of other stuff. or you can just do exercises at home such as skipping, stretches, sit ups, push ups, aerobics, jogging around the yard, riding your bike, swimming (if you have a swimming pool). Whatever exercise you choose to do, make sure you do it regularly, especially becuase you say you wanna lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks, so go hardcore. Good luck!

You need to lose slowly , all the time while exercising. Crash diets are hard on your heart.
So go slow. Cut out all fats, cut out meat. Eat vegetables and salads, adding peanuts, cashews or almonds for protein. Also check out soy burgers.
Drink one cup of green tea per day. Will help with digestion and "clean you out" sweetie.
Walk 2 miles a day.
Try this for 3 weeks and see where your weight is at. Don't expect miracles overnight. (Besides, you are not THAT overweight where it can't be modified relatively easily.)

You really need to talk to your doctor!It isn't safe for you to try this on your own because you are so young,so you should talk to your parents first.There are a lot of options out there that can help you,but don't do anything just because of people making fun of you,I know it can be so hard,but I bet there are a lot of things about you that people like and your weight doesn't have to be an issue.

Hey there, at your age my best advice is simply to get active. Ride a bike go for runs or walks every day. Also you might consider seeing a doctor as you may have a medical condition which can be treated.

First at your age you need the nutrients that you would most likely be cutting out. If you really want to lose weight do it under a doctor's care to be safe

whatever you do don't do atkins at 13.your body will shut down and you will become even more unhealthy. just cut down on sweets and drink alot of water so you will pee alot and lose retained water.
