What happens if you eat ray turky?

We cooked our turkey to the appropriate temperature and tasted it , but when we ripped the legs off there was blood yet. What are the chances of geting sick by eating just a small piece of the bird?

Chances are real good you will get sick.

Bad for sick. You need to cook turkey more

You can get salmonella poisoning from an undercooked bird. Cook it a while longer.
