There is a fluid in your joints that is supposed to keep your joints lubricated. Sometimes this fluid wears out and causes that grinding. I've seen commercials about a new treatment where it can be replaced. Ask your doctor.

Sounds like your cartlidge is wearing out or some arthritis you should have an x-ray to find out the cartlidge can be repaired arthritis not but some herbal tablets like glucosime can help ease and repair some arthritis also dairy foods high in calcium.

cartlige is wearing out, nothing is done for it really until its bad enough for a joint replacement and they dont usually start those till you are 65
