i have an okay sized body but my but is so tiny! i dont understand it!!

There sure is, your "butt" is a muscle technically known as your gluteus maximus and can be stregthened just like any other muscle. There are certain exercises which you can do however you will need to get that "butt" down to the gym first. Ask a personal trainer what exercises they recommend.

If you can't get to a gym for whatever reason squats are the best exercise for working your "butt" however it is strongly recommended you get a professional trainer to show you how to do them properly to avoid injury.

Try a stair climber to build up the glutes.
