Physically? You could have low blood, meaning you are anemic. Not enough iron. Take vitamins, eat well and exercise to get blood flowing to your extremities (fingers and toes!) and wear warm socks and slippers and keep your head warm and wear gloves...even around the house if you are that cold! Did you know 90 percent of your body heat escapes from your head when outdoors? Me, if my feet are warm, I am warm. Get some good FLEECE clothing for winter and boost your nutrition! :~)

Feeling cold is the body's response to a lack of heat and a warning that tells the brain that you are using up your resources faster than usual...food-wise.

Perhaps you've just come from the outdoors where it's probably colder than it is inside. Or maybe you have poor circulation. It's also possible that it's all in your head. Maybe you're not really cold at all.
