Like me, you could have sleep apnea. While you sleep, you actually stop breathing which causes you to partially wake up which keeps you from getting deep, restfull sleep. Ask your doctor. They might want to do a sleep test.

You're probably tired because either you don't get the full eight hours of sleep or probably because maybe you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and that could take away a few minute of sleep.

This can be simple or very serious.Try to take vitamins appropriate for your age and sex. Improve your diet with lots of fruits and veggies. Exercise 30 or more daily. There are disease processes that point to chronic fatigue syndrome but may not be in your case. Try the tips for 3 months and if your inexplicable tiredness does not go away, make an appointment with your regular doctor and get routine blood work done. I hope you feel better soon

Here is a way to think about it. Your accumulated tiredness is once cleared through your good sleep. Your sensory system now begins to sense your tension in your body & soul anew again . It's like a Monday morning. You most likely feel dull, in fact ,you might think I have a cold or sopmething. But you gradually adapt youself to environment. and you feel nothing special about it & a week starts. Your normal everyday begins.
When I worked on shift (midnight) , I made a curious experience that after midnight I feel very vigorous ( it should'nt be) and after I took a good sleep I found myself very tired.
You may not need worry about your health.
