My son is allergic to milk and soy products. He also cannot tolerate rice milk. Does anyone have any good recipies for snacks, cookies, cakes, muffins that he can eat? (I often use formula in recipies in place of milk)

i dont have the energy to do uni work all day but once after 10 pm, no matter how tired, i seem to be able to work frm 10 pm to 2 am. why is this? am i a night owl and not a morning ........ ( forgot what it is now). ive tried to sleep early and during day but still it wont work. any ideas?

Am very ashamed about this. I am soooo scared about this blood test. Really need words of support. I know it is only a tiny procedure. But it terriffies me, and is my worst fear.

I'm not worried about the pain. It's just the needle, veins, and blood which really frek me out. eek.

How can i get through this test calmly? I know my fear is stupid, but i really need advice on how to stay calm

When I was 16 years old I was visited with mental illness. I was hosptialized and diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. If It were not for God and people that loved me I would ahve died a long time ago.

But I feel angry and hurt because part of WHY I got sick was people in school were very mean to me and picked on me and because I take medicine I cannot have children and I feel that these kids get to walk away scott free and get away with this
and I am left "holding the bag".

I was a good girl very complaint and very obedient I wanted to go to college and learn about music because I sing but because I was so mentally ill in high school it took all my energy just to pass my courses and get good grades.

I often wonder why I have bi-polar and I have wondered what have I dont to deserve this? I did not have a qulity of life as a teenager ings are better now and I thank God How have yuo dealt with having mental illness?

This is a heavy cross at times and people do judge wrongly.

Hey, I'm 5'5, and 112 pounds. My diet consists of yogurt, fruits, veggies, and some lean meat. But sometimes on Friday nights (like tonight, lol) I let myself eat "junk" food, like some cookies and candy and stuff. I don't binge on it, but I do let myself eat until I've satisfied my sweet tooth. Is it okay to do that? I mean, just every now and then?

I think I may have the stomach flu. Starting Monday at school I accidentally drank bad milk which I think was the cause of this. Ever since I've been queezy, can't think of eating food, wanting to vomit, and bad stomach cramps. What can I do to make it feel better? Is this stomach flu or something else? Please help, thanks.

Then a day later, your new girlfriend tells you, she has herpes. How would u feel that she told you AFTER u guys had sex already? BUT you guys used condoms?

1 week ago, I went to the doctour for white, pus-like blisters on my tonsils. I was told by the nurse-practioneer that I did not have strep, but an ear infection. I was given a prescription for Antibiotics for a total of 10 days. By the 8th day, I assumed I was cured, but continued to take the Antibiotics. 6 days later, from the 8th day I felt better, the same symptoms were happening again. As of today, I went to the doctour and had a throat culture and I was told by the doctour, I did not have strep. The doctour told me, he could not prescribe me any medications and that I should wait it out. I am curious, should I get a second-opinion or should I wait this infection out?

I am doing a class on the effects of the media on today's society. Cigarrettes, alcohol, and sex are they on the rise in the media. I think that alcohol and sex have been exposed alot more than cigarrettes. I wasn't alive to see the poster of military men smoking on the poster or women too. I know that baseball players were shown to chew tobacco alot..What year or years did that stop, the advertisements?

I know it's a long shot, but I thought I'd ask anyways. I'm on the Nuva Ring and my intent was to skip this period and just put a new ring in, however the pharmacy screwed up and I was late getting the new ring, so I've started getting some dark brown spotting. This has been happening for the last couple days. I put the new ring in a 2 days ago, but I'm still spotting. Not enough for a tampon, but enough that my bf won't want to have sex with me when I go see him on Sunday! ;)

ok basically a couple of days ago i noticed one of those white-puss-spots we all get on our faces but the wierd thing was it wasn't on the outside of my skin! rather the inside... just where the bottom eyelashes are but tucked behind (so like the 'bottom' eyelid but not on the outside but in the inside).
im not sure if anyone has had these before so im not sure what to do about it.
any ideas guys???
its really painful... :(

Hi, I seem to have chronic partialy stuffed nose. Like i know it is not 100% clear i always feel a little something, usualy in only one nosdril at a time. When i lie down it gets worse and sometiems forces me to breath though my mouth, it almsot always does actualy. I had this since childhood, it doesnt bother me, maybe i got used to it but i just want to get rid of it for health reasons.

Anyone know what it can be? thx : )

I have had bi-polar manic depression for 21 years and it is hard to deal with. I was told my docotr that if I think postive that I will be reduced in a year from even more medicine. I feel so ashamed that I ahve this disorder I am always hungry I cannot stop eating I am over weight, I am always tired and my memory is not what is used to be. I am in my 30s. My thoughts are always rambled and even when things are going good I have toruble being still In God.
I do have a lot of love and suport and am so thankful for that, However I was nota ble to have children, My docotr knows all about this and I am under a tremendous amount of stress because my husband and I are moving cross cojtnry from wehre I we live now.

Those of you who have this condtion how do you deal with this and what are good godly ways to start to heal.

I am crying right now as I write this in 21 years of having ths problem I never allowed myself to feel. Thank you and God bless you for you answers you will give.

I'm tring to improve my 1.5 mile running time in about 3 1/2 weeks. Do anybody have any advice on what to do. Right now I can run 1.5 mile in about 14 minutes and I want to improve it to some were around mid 11 minute time frame traing os no problem if theres something out there that any body know that can help I'll try no matter how hard. My problem is my breathing be going out so fast but most of all my legs feel good for a little then they get so heavy like I have weights in my pockets. Do any body have some advice for me please. On the 10th I started my period. It ended the normal 4 days. But then on the 17th it started again. Its just like any other period. I have been under a lot of stress, have been on birth control for a while now. Does anyone know why this happned or if it is even supposed to happen?
