Hey, I'm 5'5, and 112 pounds. My diet consists of yogurt, fruits, veggies, and some lean meat. But sometimes on Friday nights (like tonight, lol) I let myself eat "junk" food, like some cookies and candy and stuff. I don't binge on it, but I do let myself eat until I've satisfied my sweet tooth. Is it okay to do that? I mean, just every now and then?

yea you seem to have a very healty diet which sounds real great, and realy to have a snack like that doesnt sound like it will affect you, really i guess everibody does it im gonna do it later and watch a movie aswell, but getting yourself a snack know and then even if you over do it, it wont affect you with the healthy way you eat aslong as you maintain your good diet and dont get lazy and eat junk food everiday, so just keep up with the good healthy food and enjoy.

No it's not wrong to eat it now and then and I know that on friday its like a party day for everybody but just whayever you do do not go on eating everyday cause you'll know what will happen.

Yep. Probably better than being a freak where you only eat healthy food, counting every single calorie on every single product.

Just make sure it is every now and then, and not every day.

well not reallly unless u eat a lot like everyday but 112 lbs is fine for sumone tall like u

yeah. it's ok to eat a little bit of junk food now and then, but just don't overdo it. I'm super skinny and i barely ever eat junk food.

It's pretty common to give yourself a weekly "cheat" day. It sounds like you don't have a problem with going overboard, so I'd say go for it!

um yeahhh. im 5'5 and 100ish pounds and i eat junk food every single day(and healthy stuff too!) my doctor says i am extremely healthy. hah what do you know.

As long as your eating healthy and not over eating anything than no it's not wrong. Your enjoying it and not abusing it. Don't deprive your self.
