I forget what it's called exactly. We all have certain hours of the day we're at our best. Yours is at night.
When I was in Graphic Design, my best work and grades were when I worked on them in the late night hours.
Try to get a job that gives you those hours. Or, you CAN eventually train your inner clock to the time you want it to be. Just keep at it. See if your doc will give you a mild aid to sleep at night hours. There are also mild ones over the counter. Wall Mart has a blue colored one by Equate that helps me sleep without feeling groggy in the AM. You get a good 6-7 hours.

Everyone has different times that they are their best, and you are a night person. That's fine, you're like me. If you have to be at work during the day then I would suggest getting a good night's sleep by exercising daily. You can also do some things to get your energy up in the morning. An apple is known to be an energy giving food. Cinnamon is also energizing. Try taking a walk in the morning and eat breakfast to give you energy. Hope this helps. Good luck!

your body clock is opposite of most people.
I personally am the same. Before I retired being a nurse I worked the pm shift 3-11pm.
I would of been better working 9-3am
You need to very gradually change your body clock. Not by hours but by 15 minutes incriments. It is important to keep your schedual on your days off. When you first get up go outside immediatly for a few minutes so that your skin has the sun on it. That sun will help set your body clock. If you have a window with sun siit by that while you eat your breakfast.
Have a bedtime routien that will tell your body that it is time to slow down and get some rest.

Become a bartender, or a shooter girl at a club. Sounds perfect for you! Your energy levels are higher at night, that's all. If you get a night job, you will be able to sleep during the day!! Just buy dark shades, and maybe have a fan going to muffle daytime sounds. If it really bothers you, and you'd like to change, try staying up for a day so that you are tired enough to sleep at night. Try working our during the day also, so that your energy starts to peak during the afternoon instead of at night.

I sorta consider myself a night owl especially since I have retired from my day job. Even then I found myself doing some of my best original work in the evening. Due to neccesity I try to be up by 8:00a.m., but these early birds that call me bug the heck out of me.I had one friend that liked to tease me. I told her she could have all the worms out there.

I am capable of working far more efficiently at night also and I sleep better by day than by night. I have always put it down to being born in the evening time.
