We just had our annual medical and physical check-up and when I complained of having difficulty urinating, the doctor jotted down this condition under gastro-urinary. Thanks for the help.

Do you mean "Dysuria"?
In medicine, specifically urology, dysuria refers to any difficulty in urination. It is sometimes accompanied by pain. It is most often a result of an infection of the urinary tract. Sometimes these symptoms can coincide with an STD or yeast infection. In men, the urinary system overlaps with the reproductive system, so dysuria can also be a result of genital infection.

You must mean dysuria which mean trouble with urinating, sometimes accompanied by pain.

You had the word spelled wrong, there is no such thing as dyseria. At least in the english language

I think you may be misspelling it. I think you're asking about dysuria which is painful or difficult urination.
