It would be best to talk to your doctor about that. It could be a number of things, but it would be safer for you to speak with a doctor. Don't worry about not getting your period yet, some people are just late bloomers and there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

Ask your mom or someone to get you some pantyliners at the store. That should make you more comfortable in the mean time and it will also be good to have one in your underwear in case your period does start. I remember feeling very lucky that I was wearing a pad the day mine started (I got a warning through some cramps the night before). You may be getting it very soon so be prepared!

Get some panty liners and some femine wipes. That is a normal discharge, if it is clear and does not have a foul smell. You will be starting your period soon so talk to your Mom about buying your supplies!

I've been told before that this is normal. Women tend to have this secretion. Just make sure it doesn't start smelling or have a color to it. New changes can really be scary especially when you haven't had them before. You also might be getting ready to start your period. I started mine when I was 12 years old. I know it isn't comfortable sometimes to ask a doctor about certain things, but they would be able to help too. I'm almost 30 and I still am clueless when certain new things happen to me. Hang in there.
