Question about D-size? Part 2?

Ok, I only got 1 rating last time. I am not trying to be gross, but I would like a rating from 1-10 regarding my penis size alone. It is about 6.6 inches, and about 4 and a half inches thick. Now there were some females insulting me in the last post for no particular reason. But I KNOW why you can get a bigger hard on. If you are doing cardiovascular exercise 7 days a week, this helps your body to maintain excellent circulation which gives you a better erection. One guy said that working out doesnt do anything, well your dead wrong. The things you listed are correct, but maintaining a scheduled fitness routine throughout the week influences other things in your life including your moods, and your sense of well being.
Now for the person that said I am "obviously insecure", well of course I am! As are you. Everyone is insecure about something and the difference between me and you is that Im not afraid to bring it up. Now can all you overweight stuck up civilized beasts rate my penis

infection causing weird taste?

i have a sore in my nose like right back in my sinusses and it bleeds when i blow my nose and stuff. about 5 days ago i noticed a weird taste in my mouth and i think it might be caused by this sore and the sore has got infected. anyway, does anyone kno a way to get rid of the infection without taking antibiotics?

Is jitteryness for no reason normal?

Sometimes I'll be jittery and can't pay attention as easily and often will tap my fingers. Is there something wrong? It's almost as if I've had a caffine shot, but it's during school and I don't even drink anything containing caffine.

Is there something wrong with me? I feel that it's hard to pay attention at times.?

Sometimes in class when I try to pay attention or concentrate, I can't get my mind to focus on it and I often tap my fingers quite fast from anxiousness or something. Is there something wrong with me? This is my second time posting this. I had to state it more clearly.

A pain in the neck! (literally), please help?

let me start by saying, I am playing the violin in 6 different groups as of now and working at a doctors office full time, so this may be stress or violin related pain.

A few days ago I started getting this shoulder pain in my right shoulder, I passed it off as tendonitis from violin playing, today it has started hurting all over my shoulder, mainly in the front and back near the top (this is all near the joint). also, when I take a deep breath, I get this pain a few inches below my arm-pit on my side, over (or under?) my richs, this is also on my right side. When taking deep breaths it also hurts my shoulder more and a little spot on the lower, back/right side of my neck.
What could this possibly be? it hurts like HECK!

What can I use to help get phlem from my lungs, i have rceently quit smoking.?

My phlem is comming out very thick and sometimes has threads of blood through it. I am beginning to be concerned, I have very recently had a chest x-ray and it was normal so I do not worry overmuch avout cancer, I just want to increase the reduction of this nasty phlem out of my body. Any help, herbal, over the counter, or just down home advice would be appreciated. thanks Deb M
