don't use for 12 hours, that's all cocaine will stay in ur urine. (a nurse at a hospital told me this) but please don't use, it ruins ur life and ur family! i am going through awful things in my life with cocaine and crack. it has torn my family apart. my dad is in jail because of his addiction and my 18 year old sister is addicted and 5 months pregnant! (luckily I've got her into in patient rehab in this last week) snorting and freebasing cocaine is a nasty addiction and gets very out of control, causing the slow death of ur self and ur family! I'm not trying to preach here but just take my words of advise to heart and really think about what ur doing. I'm sorry ur in such a bad place in ur life right now that u felt u had to turn to drugs... it is not the only way to deal with life! and trust me, I'm not someone preaching about things they have no experience in. i have tried just about every drug out there and have had drugs ruin my life.

I just passed a probation urine drug test today after using COCAINE 5days ago. I'll start from the beginning. I started drinking vodka from 1pm til 5pm. I had about 10 shots, and then I switched over to beer from 5pm-10pm. I had about 6 beers then I did 4 lines of pretty decent cocaine. I've done it many times before but have been clean from blow and other drugs for over 6 months. I did it on a Thursday and the way I got clean was drinking a lot of water. Not too much to where you get water intoxication but enough where i had to piss every 25-30 mins. All I drank for 5 days was water (mostly), Apple juice, and Gatorade. I took vitamin b's, and C every morning for 4 of the 5 days. Worked out 2 days out of 5 (to sweat). I ate somewhat healty and I have a somewhat fast metabolism. I'm 5"10 215lbs and 23yr old. I failed a home drug test on the 3rd day clean nd barely passed one the 4th day and passed one right before my probation meeting. Then passed for my PO. Took me 4 days to get clean.

stop using it, I think cocaine stays in system for 2-3 days after using.

Got a solution for ya! It's pretty simple and moron proof too! Just don't do it! You know it's illegal and if you have to worry about it and get it out of your system quick, just stop! It's not that hard to figure it out.

I think it naturally works itself out in 72 hours. Try going to a hot yoga class and drink a TON of water. Sweat that crap out, baby!
