Sometimes I'll be jittery and can't pay attention as easily and often will tap my fingers. Is there something wrong? It's almost as if I've had a caffine shot, but it's during school and I don't even drink anything containing caffine.

Could be symptoms of ADHD or an anxiety disorder. I would mention it to your Dr. and get a real diagnosis. Oh, keep a diary of your behavior using a regular calendar and whenever you have unusual symptoms, write it down on the date with the time and what you were doing. Rate each with a 1-10 with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest of severity. Have approx. 2 weeks of this to show to your Dr. Also, had you blood sugar tested recently?
