Sometimes in class when I try to pay attention or concentrate, I can't get my mind to focus on it and I often tap my fingers quite fast from anxiousness or something. Is there something wrong with me? This is my second time posting this. I had to state it more clearly.

you're probably stressed, or just preoccupied. is your mind crowded? There's nothing wrong with you. I find that i cannot concentrate when i'm bored . You just need to think about it. If you want to know, meditation really helps a person focus and concentrate.

If it only happens sometimes, it is probably not ADHD. If the only time you CAN pay attention is while doing something you really are interested in, that's another story It's fairly common with people who have ADHD to be able to focus on something they personally find very interesting, although this is not always the case.
There are other symptoms of ADHD and it's impossible for any of us on here to assess what exactly is going on with you.
If you have some major event happening in your life, you may just be distracted by it. Do you get enough sleep? Do you eat balanced meals at regular intervals? (These things effect concentration.) Are you generally an anxious person? Are you just bored in class?
