ok, see i just want to lose like 20 pounds in like a month, and i just want to know some easy ways to lose some pounds. Im not like FAT but not like skinny, but you know, theres always that something that makes you feel fat, and i just want to know how, i mean its not like im going to just stopp eating, and just be throwing up my food, no its not to that point, and if it was i wouldnt go that low! but yea i just want to know how to lose a few pounds!
