I've started boxing and i do a lot of strentgh exercise but i need some practical, easy to cook meals or snacks that will help improve my strength.

I'm 15 and a poor cook, but willing to learn.

I would recommend protein shakes. To get the best results eat your meal and drink the shake after you eat. If you drink the shake first you will be to full and you wont get the extra protein you need to gain muscle. There is a great shake at the site below that will help you achieve that. Bulk and muscle formula. There is a supplement in it that will help you digest more protein.

What I love to eat to bulk up are peanut butter sandwiches b/c they consist of complex carbs and proteins which help me build up muscle. I really like crunchy peanut butter. Also, I think pasta helps too. But make sure you do lots of strength training =]. I'm not sure about chicken, but make sure its not frie, or you'll get fat, not bul. lols. It depends on your body. =]
