I am in my young 20's and I am constantly exhausted, very hungry, thirsty, cold and just plain out of energy. I know I am not pregnant, so it can't be that. But I really don't know whats wrong with me. I get between 6-7 hrs of sleep on average, but on the weekends, I feel like I just can't get up. Plus I am always so hungry and thirsty. What could it be? Anyone else feel like this? What should I do?

First thing you do is make an appointment to your M.D. At your age the symptoms you've mentioned has to be taken very seriously. You don't want to end up with untreated diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, immune system disorder etc.,Yahoo people are great ,but you need professional advice.

It sounds like your body is dehydrated. When you don't drink enough water your blood cells smother from lack of oxygen. People who are dehydrated often think they are hungry when they are actually thirsty. If you are drinking your water then could it be depression? Are you going through something right now? Depression can completely wipe out your energy and cause you to eat more. If you are sluggish it could be your health. Have you thyroid checked a.s.a.p. have your iron level checked. It could be anemia. Make sure to move your body. If you don't you will lose energy and be out of shape. I hope something I have said helps you. Please go to the doctor. Don't mess with your health. Take care.

It sounds like it's either your thyroid or Diabetes.

Get yourself to the doctor to be checked. You'll need to get some bloodwork done to find out what is causing your problems and to get treatment.
