tea is the way to go, its more soothing, still has that caffine jump start, and improves your memory. Coffee has too much caffine, your just drugging yourself up.

I have to drink decaffeinated coffee because I am highly sensitive to caffeine. I use it as a stimulant for when i have sleepless nights and when I need caffeine, I take 200mg in the form of a pill. I drink decaffeinated coffee as to deprive my body of the chemical so that my nerves will be extra-sensitive to it when i DO consume it.

hmmm, caffinated, richlybrewed, colubian,with 4 teaspons sugar, and 3 packets of creamer, and I usually eat cookies, brownies, cakes, or sandwiches with it... yumm
