I presume the spots are on your tongue rather than your tong?
And I presume they are sore not sure?
Learn to spell, use an antibacterial mouthwash, then go to the dentist.

if they are white then you have told a lie.
if not then you may have eaten something that you are allergic to without realising (i found out that way with my allergy to kiwi fruits)
Consult your doctor to see what they are and what they are from.
Also try to remember what you ate before the spots came out, so you can tell your doctor so he can make a diagnosis.

Too much sweet stuff and sugar, including pop and squash. Cut down on sweets and drink milk or water. If that don't help, go to your gp.

Just go to Boot's Chemists, stick out your tongue, and ask what they have that will cure it. They'll probably give you a tablet that kills thrush. One tablet, and it's gone.
