My doctors says this is hormonal, over the past 20 odd years hes had me on different hormonal pills, merina coil ect,but still I suffer from these headaches/migrains for 3 days after a period, or 2/3 wks later(when ovulating)Nothing seems to work,or prevent it, Im wondering maybe if its not hormonal but something like a simple defficiancy like b6, thats been overlooked.Please advise ,HELP.

I have been prescribed Xanax for the anxiety by my doctor but it hasn't helped. My anxiety attacks feel like I have a weight in my chest (can't catch my breath), I keep checking my pulse to make sure my heart is beating, I feel like my blood pressure is either really high or really low, and have a general feeling of impending doom. These attacks come and go several times every day. The dizzy spells are short lived and more sporadic. Any idea what this is? Thanks in advance for your help.

... that i get when i put pressure on my heel. Right down low in my belly. Almost as if it's where my womanly bits are. But it could be my intestines. It's making walking difficult. Sometimes I have to walk very gently :-( Anyone else get this?
Ps. Save the go to your GP bit ... if he was half the GP you think he is then i would be asking him this question. But he is not :-(

I feel the need to repeat certain things if a "bad thought"comes to mind...sometimes it's very difficult to stop the rituals or break out of these patterns...particularly with prayers, thinking they don't "count" if I don't say them just right or if a "bad thought" comes to mind.

I have a serious case (for me, anyway) of chaped lips (red and hurt). I've tried chapstick (medicated and moisturizing) and it's not helping to clear up the problem. I'd be greatful for any suggestions.
