cross country is over i am going out for wrestling now and i want to lose some weight and gain muscle at the same time so should i eat lunch in school or just skip it ?

eat lunch!! eating balanced meals daily is important for losing weight. when you dont eat, your body thinks it is starving and conserves all the resources that come in-fat too. your metabolisim will slow way down, so yes, eat lunch!!!

Each lunch because not eating will just hurt you. The best way to eat a lunch that you can gain muscle from is eat a lot of lean meats like chicken and pork and some low fat steaks. Anything chocked full of protein so you'll have energy to work out as hard as you need to. Skipping meals is never the answer, it causes you to retian water and fats because your body isn't recieving any vitamins. Eat meats and vegetables and try to cut down on sweets and really fattening things.

The best way to loose weight is too eat good healthy meals...most of the doctors I've talked to say that it's best to eat 6 small healthy meals a day.

You should eat lunch and breakfast as otherwise you are more likely to snack later which will make you more unfit/unhealthy.
