I quit smoking in 1999.This is the year my Aunt died of lung Cancer. so i would have been a fool to continue.
well to get to point i gained 100 pounds!!!!.About 7 stone 2.
So if you know of a diet please share it,thankyou please no nasty comments trust me when your fat you know it and you do not need any one too reaffirm

I've had a root canal, and a gold crown on one of my molars. Problem is my tooth broke off. Now my crown has part of my tooth in it. Dentist put a post in my crown which worked for a while. Now he's recommending a bridge $2000 + dollars, which I cannot afford right now. Is there a god non - toxic adhesive that I can use temporarily until I get it fixed?

Lately I have been someone who I dont want to be. I started my second semester of college in August, and at first I was doing alright, then I started skipping class. Now I skip almost every day, don't try, its like i have no need to want to go. I feel like I'm failing at life, I keep asking myself "what are you doing with your life?". Ive also picked up smoking and I stay up way to late when I have class in the mornings, which is why I skip alot. But all of the sudden I have this 'i dont care' attitude and I dont like it. Its causing me to get stressed out and be angry alot more than I used to be. A large part of me wants to be in college and do well, study when I need to, go out when I have free time. But the small part of me that doesnt give a ****.. seems to override the better. Has anyone else gone through with this sort of thing? I just need some words of wisdom here to help me out...

I have to go to a concert on friday night and I got me and my boyfriend on the guestlist and I obviously want to look my best - It's a heavy metal show. I recently put on a lot of weight, and rather quickly. I am working on taking all the weight off, but I have to big problem area's, my chin and my tummy. I am only 24 years old, yet feel I cant build bonds with people, have a much lower sex drive than I used too, feel isolated and detatched from the rest of the world.

I dont know why i'm feeeling like this and although i'm a likeable, and quick witted character I always end up doing things alone.

I have some days where I feel completely useless and almost that i'm a spectator to my own mundane life.

I have a high blood pressure, 152-105, i have lost 3 stone10 pounds in the last year. i am now a size 14 and still losing, but i want to tone up, what is a nice steady but effective way. Any ideas?? dvds etc?? My high blood pres has just been diagnosed.

I'll be honest! I definately drink more than the recommended amount of booze. Thats for sure. Certainly 40+ units, at a guess.
So I had a liver function test, and the doctor said that there was nothing wrong.

My 7 year old daughter has Stickler's Syndrome, and has become blind in one eye due to recurring retinal detachment. She said the other day that she feels like the only girl who "deals with blindness". She's bright, beautiful, love kittens, ballet, and horses, and is an extraordinary individual. There is no support group in our rural area, but she'd like to "talk" to someone else who deals with these issues. I'd love to have a young girl (whose parents will read the e-mail as I will read my daughter's), but she said she'd also like to talk to anyone. Someone older who has some experiences to share would be great as well. Would anyone like to volunteer, or does anyone know of a site where I could go to FIND a penpal or online friend for her?
