I am only 24 years old, yet feel I cant build bonds with people, have a much lower sex drive than I used too, feel isolated and detatched from the rest of the world.

I dont know why i'm feeeling like this and although i'm a likeable, and quick witted character I always end up doing things alone.

I have some days where I feel completely useless and almost that i'm a spectator to my own mundane life.

Can anybody explain what's happening to me? I've considered suicide on a few occasions and am at my wits end. HELP

You need to read some books on self-esteem. Put your head up and walk with confidence. Forget the sex drive. If you don't deal with so many people, you won't need to worry about it. When the right one comes along, you will automaticallly get it (sex drive). As far as male menopause, I consider it to be a real thing, happening between ages of 50-70 and it (to me) is when they start "chasing women" and one is never enough for them. So forget that one. Make one special friend. Concentrate on just making one. Your list will surprise you and grow. Get out in public, but let that friend (or someone else) know that you don't want to do things alone. Good luck.

P.S. Don't waste your life (such a young age) with worries like this. It took me 50 years to realize that I would do whatever I wanted and not worry what other people think. Find that close friend, TODAY. Do what you want with him, or her.

You are depressed, which suggests that you should be seen by a competent physician who can refer you to the right professional.

Depression is nothing to be ashamed of. It may have different triggers but the root cause appears to be improper metabolism of serotonin in one's brain. Physiological and other stresses can affect that metabolism and various drugs help to combat it.

If you are feeling suicidal it is really important to seek help asap. You will be able to get back to your more usual self once you have begun treatment.

And you are to be commended for seeking help, as a first step, from this forum. Good luck.

previous due 40's is very early for a guy to circulate by way of male menopause till his testosterone is quite low. he will journey comparable symptoms as a female dealing with menopause, warm flashes, low libido, fewer erections (adult men in basic terms needless to say) loss of bone and muscular tissues, etc. i might propose him to get a blood attempt for his testosterone.

Sounds like your bored, and so getting depressed.
Maybe u should get out, get a hobby , meet more people.
join a club, maybe a volunteer, police , first aid, something to get some excitment into your life..
If you have a busy fun life, you will not have time to be sad and lonely , and who knows, you might meet someone special too..
